Holy crap, this took me forever to do! Just been so unmotivated, but I finally finished it. :'D Not exactly too happy with the background, but eh... What'cha gonna do? I did my best. X3
Anyway, tis Miles and Poppy when they were younger! I'd say that they're around 10-11 here and I honestly have to say that I think this is one of the best drawings I ever did of them. I just love everything about the way I drew them here, and I didn't have to red-line my own work, which I usually I have to when I scan in a picture. So I'm very, very proud of this piece and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. :3 I honestly don't know where they are exactly. I'm gonna say... Poppy's backyard? Because she does have a swing set hanging from her tree. See? There it is, just like the one in the 'Fondness of Friends' picture I did last year. 8D But then again, this seems to be a Maple tree and the one in the other picture is a Willow tree? xD ... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.  reports, 1d 23h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
